Administratorem Pani/Pana danych osobowych jest Lingua Nova Sp. z o. o. z siedzibą w Warszawie, przy ul. Wspólnej 41, p. II, 00-519 Warszawa (dalej jako „Lingua Nova”).

Podane w formularzu dane osobowe przetwarzane będą w celu niezbędnym do obsługi zapytania zawartego w formularzu i zgodnie z treścią udzielonych Administratorowi zgód. Podstawą prawną przetwarzania jest zgoda osoby, której dane dotyczą, zgodnie z art. 6 ust. 1 lit a oraz art. 9 ust. 2 lit. a RODO. W związku z obsługą zapytania dostęp do Pani/Pana danych osobowych będą mieli pracownicy Administratora oraz podmioty współpracujące w zakresie realizacji Pani/Pana zapytania.

Okres przechowywania Pani/Pana danych osobowych zależy od celu ich przetwarzania i wynosi:

- w związku z obsługą zapytania – przez okres niezbędny do realizacji odpowiedzi,

- w związku z marketingiem bezpośrednim - do czasu zgłoszenia Pani/Pana sprzeciwu lub wycofania stosownej zgody,

- w związku z realizacją obowiązków prawnych - do czasu wygaśnięcia obowiązku ustalonego odrębnymi przepisami;

Posiada Pani/Pan prawo dostępu do treści swoich danych oraz prawo ich sprostowana, usunięcia, ograniczenia przetwarzania, prawo do przenoszenia danych, prawo wniesienia sprzeciwu co do danych osobowych, których podanie jest dobrowolne, prawo do cofnięcia zgody na ich przetwarzanie w dowolnym momencie bez wpływu na zgodność z prawem przetwarzania, którego dokonano na podstawie zgody przed jej cofnięciem. Oświadczenie o cofnięciu zgody na przetwarzanie danych osobowych wymaga jego złożenia w formie pisemnej lub elektronicznej na adres mailowy: iodo@linguanova.com.pl

Ma Pani/Pan prawo wniesienia skargi do Prezesa Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, gdy uzna Pani/Pan, że przetwarzanie Pani/Pana danych osobowych narusza przepisy RODO.

In relation to handling your inquiry, your administrator's employees and cooperating entities will have access to your personal data in the implementation of your inquiry.

The storage period of your personal data depends on the purpose of processing and is:

- in connection with handling the inquiry - for the period necessary to implement the answer,

- in connection with direct marketing - until you raise your objection or withdraw your consent,

- in connection with the implementation of legal obligations - until the obligation set out in separate regulations expires;

You have the right to access your data and the right to rectify it, delete it, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object to personal data, the voluntary application of which is the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting for compliance with the law of processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
